Amazing prices for central Brighton, we got two hot drinks, a lemonade, a huge sourdough sandwich and a salad for under 20 quid. The food itself was spot on, things like grilled halloumi and vegetables but also plainer options. Staff was super friendly and coffee was great.

Ordered the parma ham & mozzarella sourdough sandwich, toasted obviously. Really nice sandwich, the staff were really friendly and the food was turned around quick. Would definitely recommend!

First time visit today , won’t be the last! The festive pizza was tremendous!! Delicious and super priced! The crew were super smily and welcoming. Top marks!

I decided to try this place out for the first time after a recommendation from a work colleague. Firstly, the service was very slow, I ordered at 1:16pm on a Monday lunchtime granted, peak time for lunch and got served just before 13:40. I wouldn't mind an almost 25 min wait too much if my 'salty goodness' sandwich supposed to be chorizo, red onion, halloumi, roasted peppers, rocket and garlic mayo wasn't missing the chorizo! How in the heck do they take almost 25 mins to miss one of the essential ingredients? Needless to say, I was not impressed with paying £5.95 for just some halloumi, onions, pepper and a stingy amount of garlic mayo and rocket chucked in some toasted bread. I would have returned for a refund but only noticed their mistake once I was back at the office and didn't have time to return to the deli. Would not return.

New toastie and soup is smaller and not as good as crunch & co. Less cheese, smaller amount of soup, smaller toastie, more expensive. Wait time is ok if you get in before or after the lunch rush, but I have waited 30 minutes for a toasted sandwich before.

Really friendly staff, and a great range of food on the menu. I had the veggie chicken parm toasted sandwich on granary bloomer bread, with some "cheese O's" onion rings with cheese in. It was all delicious. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

What a disappointment. This used to be my favourite place for lunch. A treat once a week to have one of their chicken parm paninis - delicious chicken with tons of oozing melted cheese. Sadly, in the last week they’ve put their prices up nearly £2 for this one sandwich whilst drastically reducing the amount of cheese. Tastyish, but now much worse value for money. Bring back as much cheese and I’d go back… maybe.

OMG amazing!! Had the original corn dog with chipotle sauce!!!!! Best ever… looking forward to trying many other things!!

Drew me in with a selection of vegan options. The deli handles meat and dairy products and the counter is small so it’s understandable that at busy times they’d make sandwiches next to each other. My vegan sandwich was tasty but just before it was handed to me, it was cut through with the same knife as someone else’s chicken sandwich, the person cutting through the sandwich didn’t even wipe the food residue and mayo from the chicken sandwich before cutting through mine.

Great food but lacking organisation and always feels very chaotic. I think the deli would really benefit from giving out an order number and calling it when your order is ready. There is no organisation when it comes to orders and my order was given to someone else who ordered the same order 10 minutes after me, I then waited a further 10 minutes for my sandwich to be remade. I feel as though it would be a lot more seamless and less confusing for staff and customers to give an order number out and call it when their order is ready. I will still continue to come here on my lunch breaks as the food is lovely but I will be mindful of possible waiting times
