The elevators are terrible, takes ages to get to your floor, they're cramped, jolt at every stop. You are much better taking the stairs... Which is unfortunate if you need to get to the 9th floor. Other than that, there's some cool niche shops up there and worthwhile exploring.

Good location and nice shops. Lifts are terrible and holds this place back. During lunch always feels like there are more people waiting for the lifts than shopping around.

Great for shopping, jewellers, bridal shops also a very good training school ( CBD College) for Hospitality courses RSA RCG, coffee and more..

Somewhat of a hidden gem in the heart of the CBD. A range of small, speciality retail, personal services, and professional offices spread over many floors. Unfortunately, modernisation of the lifts which extended throughout January 2018 meant only two passenger lifts were in operation, with resultant delays.
