Story

India is home to many cultures and over the years has developed a rich treasure trove of heritages. Just look at the many varieties of cuisines and cooking techniques that India teaches to the world! Simple and delicious dishes that are rich in nutrition and health, made using the finest, the most succulent herbs, spices, grains and vegetables.
Two dishes that are icons for authentic Indian cuisine are the Dosa and Dum Biryani. THE DOSA HUB AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company based in Australia, is inspired by the simple yet multi-layered process of creating these dishes and is proud to announce they offer the perfect, traditional, nutritious and mouth-watering Dosas and Dum Biryanis for council events and parties.

THE DOSA HUB AUSTRALIA PTY LTD was formed in 2012 by a group Indian families. They combined their inherited knowledge of ancient, wholesome South Indian food with their desire to serve the community that they have been a part of for the last 12 years. They are well versed with Australian food habits and adhere to the highest standards of quality. While they have been pursuing their careers in I.T., Telecommunications, Retail and Business Management, they kept their dream and hope alive to present their labour of love the handmade, authentic Dosa and the perfect Dum Biryani.

They researched, tested and finally started promoting Dosas at different council events and fairs in Australia by making the Dosas in live counters. According to The Dosa Hub team, this is the best way of reaching the community—not by setting up a restaurant, where a Dosa would feature among several other dishes, but offering it only at council fairs.

The Dosa Hub team’s other star dish is the Mughal Dum Biryani. They have conquered the rich and complex art of making the authentic Dum Biryani, a multi-layered, mouth-watering and spicy rice preparation once a grand feature of all royal Mughal banquets. Offered only during special catering events, this majestic dish is quite unforgettable.
