Always fantastic service.nI went in yesterday with a 15 year old front door lock that they were able to fix at no charge.nnThere are always knowledgeable staff around to assist with questions. The products have proper brands unlike many of the things that only last a couple of years at Bunnings.nnFor doors and door hardware it is the place to go.
Interesting place to visit you have to pick the right person to get the right information at the sales desk. Spoke to several people, but only one seem to have stood out in the crowd that was Jason. He was able to patiently explain to me what I needed and so far is getting a door and frame installed.nHe also gave me other options. Really appreciate the effort that you went through Jason Now I understand what to do. I hope your boss gets to read this and I hope there’s only one Jason that they can refer to anyone coming to this store. You better ask for Jason he’s willing to help.
This place is exactly what you need if you need a door. They have every kind of door and then some. They have locks, handles framing, you name it, they'll try to get it!nVery helpful staff who will try to fulfill your needs. And you get a free notebook if you ask nicely.
Great service, the staff were super attentive in helping me find what I needed. Was looking for doors and architraves and skirting boards. Was able to grab some skirting board samples. really good pricing compared to other door stores I had been to.
