False advertising everywhere. You don't get 70 minutes you get 60 minutes to order food. No table water. No dessert. Legit costs extra to pay for your meal who has cash on them The meals are super average. Not worth the price. It wasn't terrible but I'm not coming back. The food looks nothing like the photos. The dumplings are the worst dumplings I've ever eaten. Do not order the dumplings.
Best Korean BBQ, delightfully tasty and so fresh. Tried so many different dishes. LA ribs is my definite mouth watering favourate. Love the concept of cooking yourself. Absolutely worth every $$. You can eat so much in that time frame.
The Worst Korean bbq experience in all the world. Will not suggest anyone to eat this place. Low food quality. Rice cake no flavour like steamed. All marinated meat same taste. Too too sweet even spicy meat. They delivery so so slow. We order a lot, but they only bring half, then after 1 hour they bring the others. But the terrible thing is the service!!! They keeping turn down the fire, cooked very slow. And only have 1.5 hour to eat. The owner is very very rude. We have 15 minutes left, he put all the raw meat to hot plate mix with cooked meat. So so rude. We never came again. Not worth the money.
I’ve been here 3 times. The best thing about this place is the drinks in the fridge. The Good: - Customer Services 6/10 - Make sure customers are satisfied 8/10 - Drinks 10/10 The Bad: - Stingy owner. Can tell she bosses/treated her employees around and probably pay them little. - Owner probably didn’t think that 90% of her business are from us customers - The stingy food plate. I ordered meat and it got cut off to pieces. Which to me, it looks like a scam. It’s pretty disgusting to serve us this kind of quality. We paid $45 for this? I don’t think the owner would want to pay $45 for her own food as well. The soup. It’s from the package or something? I ordered seafood soup photo below. Just being honest with my review :
Hmmm i have been to this place 2. Last week the food was amazing then last years, the meat was ok, the kimchi was really good, the squid really tasty. The servicw? Hmmmm just an average, we book at 7.30 and it was only us, no other customer. When we are about to finish, another 2 table coming, now i know why it was quiet especially on weekens when most restaurant full. One last comment, REALLY NO TAP WATER? You have to buy the drink, but i still gave then 4 stars tho
Good, decent place for Korean barbecue, but I feel the stoves could be hotter as the meat was not getting enough char. The other thing that irked me was we were told that there was no tap water available when we asked for table water. As I understand it, it is a requirement for a licensed premise to provide free drinking water that is readily available under the Liquor Licensing Act. We are always happy to pay for drinks but I believe free drinking water should be a basic provision.
Definitely one of better all you can eat Korean bbq with lots of free sides that come with it. There’s also lots of different meat choices. Sometimes it can be hard to call staff over to order but the manager is really nice. We had to wait around 5mins even with booking because the table before us wouldn’t leave on time and the manager was really apologetic and offer us 2 free drinks.
Rude service. First of all, they ALWAYS forget one or two things when they serve which is okay. We could ask for it again. $39.90 bbq and we asked for one more lettuce and they said recently the service has changed and only one serve per table?? The worst part is one of the staffs came and change the paper. He just so IMPATIENT and RUDE the way he handle things. Basically throwing all the meat across the stove, it even got on the table which is outside of the stove and not even say sorry or anything and left afterwards. We are right in front of him?! Then he changed the heat to medium. Later on we changed the heat back to max so the meat cook faster and a few seconds later he came back again, not saying anything and changed the heat back to medium. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Never coming again.
The meat that we cooked at our table was thin and fatty, not much in the way of veggies. The hotplate was hot but it could've been hotter considering how long the meat took to cook. Reasonable prices, some beverages available, it is an eat all you can in forty minutes situation some people at our table loved the food and experience but it wasn't for my wife and I.
Excellent service, nicely marinated meat. Contrary to other reviews, the waitresses kept asking us if we wanted more food and brought it out promptly, throughout our meal.
