While the doctors here are fine, the biggest problem is actually getting to see one!! I have never been able to get in on the day I have needed an appointment, nor has anyone in my family, often we have had to schedule the appointment a week in advance - totally useless if we have acute problems or need doc certs for work!! Then there are the charges, $22 for writing a script, then $8 admin fees when the account they didn't tell you about doesn't get paid, pretty disappointing when it was written during an appointment the doc is already being paid for in the first place!!

Required blood results sent to local GP.  Dr Rob Nicholas arrived late to appointment,, Which consisted of a 5 minute meet & greet in which he was extremely rude & arrogant. Dr Rob said come back in 4 days,,Wanted to charge $75.... then another $45 on follow up... $120 for a email..He's crazy,,There is not going to be another visit & We don't pay for services not rendered..avoid like the plague..

My family and I were patients for years but when we needed to see our doctor also could never get an appointment. So because we haven't been for 2 years now it will cost  $72 to enroll again to never get to see our doctor if we need to. But I was sent a bill for $22 for a phone prescription plus $8 added on each month for a prescription that wasn't me. What is the point?
