The cupcake itself is not bad. However, the frosting is too sweet even for my 3 year old. Wish they can do something like a Swiss meringue buttercream or similar to bring a better balance rather than being overly sweet. Also the staff are the most unenthusiastic bunch I have seen in Northland.

The only place I could order 24 hours in advance and it was a blessing in disguise! Amazing vegan cupcakes and amazing service! Will highly recommend!

Chadstone and Northland store are so helpful in ordering cupcakes for a special occasion. There is a wide range of selection .Presentation is gorgeous. While your there ,order a coffee and toastie. Very nice . Northland store  l give my rating 5out 5 ,for the staff and service.Thank you .Your loyalty card is rewarding.

Could the girls look anymore depressed?! I came to get a snack that tasted delish and these girls gave me the full side eye and acted like I was a burden and didn’t say absolutely anything to me. Rude!!!

The store was totally quiet, but they still managed to forget my order - 10 minute wait!

Gorgeous and Delicious, well priced cupcakes which are also available in vegan and gluten free. Macaroons are absolutely scrumptious and both come in nice boxes for gift giving.

Amazing coffee! Great customer service every single time. Cupcakes are so soft and yum. I keep coming back.
