Ordered mini cupcakes for a family function. Ordered online & had them delivered directly to the venue. Easy process & was kept in the loop re delivery. The cupcakes were delicious & a big hit with everyone. Would highly recommend!
We bought 6 cupcakes takeaway for my daughters birthday. They look lovely but that’s where it ends. The cupcakes are bland, tasteless and taste as though they are straight out of a packet mix. The icing is pretty much the same and unpleasant to eat. No decent flavour. Over priced and disappointing.

This place needs to be outlawed. It's too good! You know when you save the frosting til last? well this is totally unnecessary here as the actual cupcake has this lovely flavouring that is excellent just on its own! and of course the buttercream is divine. I personally think this is Melbourne's best cupcake shop
This place is so underrated. The cupcakes are incredible. Highly recommended to anyone. I picked up these last minute for a friends birthday and they were a hit.

I really appreciate your delivery service that your business offers : -especially providing photo POD's to show where your driver leaves these items and what time the cake was delivered.

I mistakenly ordered my cakes for the wrong date and the Cupcake Queens team couldn't have been more helpful arranging a replacement. Not only are the cakes and cupcakes delicious, the customer service is phenomenal. Thank you!!!
Make sure you order a bag with your cupcakes if you aren’t going to be home for a little while to collect them otherwise they will be destroyed by ants and $60 will go in the bin. The bag in the photo does NOT come with the cakes. When I called to see if I could arrange and pay for more - the woman I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. No help. No empathy. No suggestions of alternatives just ‘we can’t guarantee delivery times to your area’.
