The team was lovely to deal with and the cupcakes exceeded my expectations. I ordered a dozen sunflower cupcakes split half and half with two flavours. Very pretty design and most importantly they were decadent and delicious. Sometimes I find fancy custom cupcakes put all their energy into decorations and not taste, but not these ones! They ticked both boxes. The lemon poppyseed even had a delicious lemon curd filling that surprised me and the cake was nice and moist and dense. The recipients were very pleased and commented how great the cupcakes were too. Would definitely order from them again.

I needed some dairy and gluten free cupcakes for a birthday party I was hosting. The Cupcake Parlour was super easy to order from, a great price and they went down a treat with my guests. I’ll definitely order from them again in the future
My wife purchased cup cakes, it seems they were on holidays at the time. Credit card got charged, but come the date/time to pick up the cakes there was nobody there, and wouldn't be for a few weeks. Once they reopened requested refund which has been refused. In a nutshell we paid for something that was not provided and now they refuse refund. Update: Since the review The Cupcake Parlour reached out and were apologetic and gave a refund. Apparently previous emails to them went to their junk email.
I ordered from NZ the night before my brothers birthday. The cupcakes were delivered the next day. I was impressed with the excellent service, and the card they added. He loved the cupcakes, I will be ordering more for another birthday in a coupe of months!
