So happy with our cakes, thank you! I ordered some cupcake minis and a number birthday cake young, wild and three theme.. and it all looked so beautiful and tasted great too! Very accommodating they did 12 of the minis in gluten free, and it was their suggestion to pop a couple of animals on the number cake to tie it all together. Our guests were so impressed with not only how it looked but how it tasted also. Thank you for a wonderful experience I hope you get some extra business as everyone asked where it was from, and I’ll be placing another order next year. Thank you

Ordered Valentine’s Day cupcakes from The Cupcake Factory, first of all their cupcakes are beautiful! So beautiful that my wife loves them.  The cupcakes are delicious and not overly sweet which is good.  Presentation of the overall package is very nice.  By the way, they response to email quickly and staff provided me with very good services during the order process.  Highly recommended.

This is my first time I have ordered from the cupcake factory, I was fully satisfied with the cupcake  bouquet. It looks beautiful and taste was excellent. This is the first time I have ordered from this shop and I am one happy customer. From the beginning Janine was so helpful & accommodating to my Peppa pig cupcakes. When they arrived this morning my little girl couldn’t stop smiling the cupcakes are amazing & the cake is wonderful too. I have one happy little girl who cannot wait to share who cupcakes & cake with her friends. Would definitely recommend

I found the cupcake factory by accident when I realised I needed 20 mini cupcakes on short notice for my twins' birthday party. As I scrolled through the website, I was amazed by how incredible the products looked and how reasonably priced they were. I decided to take a chance and not only ordered the 20 mini cupcakes i needed for the twins' party, but 36 cheesecake cups, and two birthday cakes for the day of their actual birthday, which I was planning on making myself. I was feeling skeptical.  when the twins' party day arrived, the cupcakes and cheesecakes were delivered with a smile, and storage instructions. they looked BEAUTIFUL and everyone commented on how yummy they were. Three days later, on the twins' actual birthday, their cakes arrived. Wow. Wow. Wow. they were stunningly beautiful and even better yet, they tasted incredible!!!!  Cupcake factory will absolutely be our go-to for all our orders in future. amazing prices, service and products. i cannot thank you enough!!

We ordered a red velvet Harry Potter Maxi cake and two dozen mixed cupcakes for our daughter's 6th birthday party.  The cakes looked fantastic with quite intricate detailing and impressive height and tasted glorious with the icing tasted wonderful and the cake being moist and delicious.  Kids are impartial judges of food that they like and dislike, and it was great seeing them all voraciously consuming the cakes from The Cupcake Factory.

I ordered 24 mini cupcakes for a kids birthday party and they were absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured on their websites. In my multi-tasking mum madness, I chose the wrong order date and only realised when I tried to pick it up -- one week before the date I had chosen. In panic, I called them hoping to see if they had other cupcakes I could purchase in store, but they told me that they would make up the order within the hour. I was blown away by their service and the quality of their cupcakes.

What a review! You guys rock my world! Thank you so much for delivering these little beauties to my workplace today for me. Unfortunately,  I couldn't be there to enjoy one but they have been an amazing hit with the staff and management! Brilliant! Love your work.  Thank you so much for bringing joy to so many people.

Decided to do something little for a big 0 celebration - had a few friends and decided to go with mini cupcakes. Service was great, staff was friendly and the ordering process was easy. The cupcakes itself? Absolutely divine. Soft, moist, tasty and delicious. Perfect bite size bits for a small gathering.

This is the first time I have ordered from this shop and I am very pleased with the cake. From the beginning, communication was great and Janine accommodated my choices in colours and answered all of my questions. The cake was tasty vanilla flavour and it looked very beautiful. The cake was a great size. Thank you for helping to make my parents' 90th birthday special.
