Stuff is very polite. Always wear smile make me very comfortable. But their voices is not loud, probably they are a little bit shy haha. The environment is Japanese style,quiet and with Japanese music. I order sushi. The presentation is amazing.
Good location, but served average food.
Waited almost one hour for our food. No apologies made. No discount for the long wait given. Food average. There are lots of good Japanese restaurants. This is not one of them. Go elsewhere.
Second visit. The train has shut down at moment so you order what you want. Quality of food and presentation is lovely. Quiet at lunch when we've been but imagine in summer that would change. Can book which is great. Love it.
The restaurant has the one of the best sushis we've ever eaten. Japanese sake was great as well. Strongly recommended to everyone who enjoys great food in a lovely authentic restaurant like this.
The Crane has changed it’s name to Minami Kyushu but the food and the service was outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

It is not authentic, sloppy and dishonest. i wish there is a negative star. We ordered wagyu but it might be just a regular beef that charges us $43
I've just arrived with my boyfriend in adelaide from Sydney and we had a dinner at the crane. Just one word: AMAZING! Staff was lovely, really quick service, good price and lots of variety sushi and sashimi. Highly recommend!
