I’ve been incredibly happy with the professionalism and standard of treatments with all the staff at cosmetic medicine. Dr Mary has an amazing ability to know just what is best for you and the equipment they have here is always the best in the industry. The nurses are lovely and I particularly love the BBL treatment. Rejuvenates my skin completely with more clear and even toned appearance and such a glow. Highly recommend

I have been under the care of Dr Mary Dingley for a while now and she is absolutely amazing! I would never go elsewhere. 10yrs ago I had a tattoo removed and it is completely gone now no scarring etc. Now I see her for my muscle relaxant injections . The Clinic is beautiful!!! She is amazing and so are all the staff I’ve come into contact with over the years

I went to Mary Dingly to get a breast tattoo she had a very clinical impersonal   demeanor and  was  clearly in a hurry so that she would not be late for her next appointment. She injected a local anaesthetic but did not wait for it to take effect. I was writhing in pain as she applied the tattoo and she did not listen when I told her that anaesthetic had not taken effectbut told me it was just “pressure”. The pain ceased about halfway through the procedure when the anaesthetic took effect. The tattoo is very good. I would recommend this practitioner for her tattooing skills, however she clearly lacks knowledge with regard to correct application of local anaesthetic

I have always had a pleasant and satisfying experiance, very knowlegable and up to date in the Cosmetic world, I would not trust anyone one else with my face & skin. I'm always greated in a prossional manor by lovely informative staff, in a calming and ambient enviroment. I highly recommend Mary and her team I am very happy customer 5 Stars all the way

I have been seeing Dr Mary Dingley, for over 25 years and I can honestly say that I have found her to be professional, and knowledgeable. I came to her as a desperate, and very sad young woman with terrible scaring from acne and off a recommendation from a reputable surgeon Dr Peter Catt. He had worked on my skin problems and also had given me Dermabrasion, which at the time had not been done much in Australia. He sent me to Dr Dingley for laser surgery as he thought her the best in the business at it! As a result of my experiences back then, and from my continued maintenance, I highly recommend her for professionalism, knowledge, kindness. The amazing success that I had after "severe cystic acne vulgaris" and terrible scarring to now people telling me what beautiful skin I have. As Dr Mary said to me years ago to keep me realistic about my results, "You will always have the scars but we can minimise them" The truth is people don't see them and nor do I now. So Thank you Dr Mary I am so glad you chose to work in Cosmetic Medicine, as my life has been enhanced by it both physically and more importantly mentally.

I have visited this clinic many times and have always been so happy with the service I've received.  All of the staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them! Would not trust anyone else and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Mary & her team are professional and very helpful. I enjoy my visits to treat my rosacea even though the process does not tickle! You do need deep pockets here though.

I dont like to write negative reviews but, I dont want other tattoo regretters to make an over priced decision by going to someone not experienced with the Picoway laser. It's more expensive then a clinic I usually go to and I did mention this on the consultation but was not willing to price match. Also the laser setting was way too high! Recieved extreme blisters which is something you should not experience with the Picoway.. I recommend others thinking of getting a tattoo removed with the picoway to fly to Sydney.. Its actually still slightly cheaper for me to buy tickets and go with an experienced tattoo remover. All skin types are different and experience with skin is a necessity for successful tattoo removal. Im sure this clinic is great for other treatments but wouldnt recommend for tattoo removal.
