Beautiful service, great food , real homely feel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were well looked after. Henri the manager, absolutely a beautiful soul and made us feel very much welcomed, would recommend a visit here anytime .
If you want pub food, you get pub food. But the difference is, it ain’t average and the taste bloody good. Customer service was excellent from moment you walk in till you leave. Can’t say that for a lot of places.
Lovely country pub. Walked in without a booking on a Saturday night, we had a drink at the bar until a table was available. Delicious meals, kids loved their burgers, got dessert too. Lovely vibe, nice and warm inside. Thanks for a great night!
As the part of the Darmody dynasty that ran the hotel ..called the Commercial when we owned and ran it I was thrilled to enjoy the excellent service and delicious food on New Year’s Eve. Thank you so much a lovely start to the new year!
Popped in for lunch. Was told to order at the bar and when we were at the bar, we were then told to order via the QR code on the menu. Waited over 20 mins for our drinks only to get it ourselves from the bar. Waited over an hour for our food only to be told the QR system wasn't working well and our order were not put through, which resulted in us having to order at the bar!!nnWhile the food was good probably because we were famished by then, it wasn't worth the wait AT ALL and the staff could have at least checked in with us.nnGo elsewhere.
