Bought a large quiche which was pretty average but edible...the hot cross buns however were terrible. They looked nice, but when we got them home they were hard as rocks and appeared to have been frozen. We cut one up to toast and found a large piece of plastic inside it. Will never go back !
Pie pastry was thick & undercooked. Was doughy, raw, gluey underneath. Filling was barely warm and not very tasty. Quite possibly the worst pie I've ever had in my life. How you can get something so simple so wrong is breathtaking. Went in once, never again.
Absolutely ripped off. Bought a $12 large meat pie. Um where the hell was the meat. Found minute piece of meat covered in a tasteless slop of gravy. It’s so disgusting I don’t even think the dog should have it. What a waste of money. PS don’t get me started on the tasteless bun I bought too.
Did not enjoy my lunch- got a chicken and mushroom pie: barely any filling, very thick pastry that wasn’t cooked properly. The donut I bought was tough and oily could see the oil had soaked through the donut, stuck in your mouth- worst donut I’ve ever had. Won’t go back again.
Absolutely disgusting! Worst so called bakery ever. Pie was inedible and everything was obviously reheated like 6 times. Like rubber. STAY CLEAR
Slow service and very ordinary coffee. Food is average. Unless you are starving, walk a little further because there are better bakeries in Blackwood.
Had a pasty here and the pastry was awful, tough and tasteless. The filling bland overlooked. The staff warned us not to have the Cornish pasty as the pastry on that was too thick.
Small serves. Flavour average. CASH ONLY. Did not ring up the full cost of items so I have to assume they're dodging tax too.
