Jenny & the team have been super helpful from the minute we walked in. Giving honest & no BS advise to steer us in the right direction. Max, our cattle dog, is loving his new food & from the sessions we had with Jenny we have seen a huge improvement in his behaviour & it's only been 2 months so far. It's been heart warming to hear from family & friends the drastic change they've seen in him too. More calm & less reactive. We are forever grateful for Jenny's help. We could not recommend her more!

Had a minor tech error and my order for a naked harness ended up being cancelled - Patricia was super helpful and got it fixed up for me ASAP and it arrived in mail express post pretty much the next day. Absolutely love it and Arty walks so much more comfortably and much more relaxed when encountering other doggies.

I went to this shop because of the high quality, ethically sourced food.  It was recommended to me because one of my dogs has some serious health issues.  What I found at the shop was so much more.  I discovered a whole new way of thinking about dogs; their health, behaviour, communication, what makes them happy and what causes them stress.   I came to realise I had misinterpreted some of my dogs' behaviours and had been doing things that  I now wish I hadn't eg ball chasing. As I learnt more about Jenny's philosophical approach to how dogs should live, and how we should allow them to be dogs, I realised I had  found someone whose knowledge and views really resonated with me.  I value Jenny's educational approach, her willingness to share information and offer advice. From the moment I walked into the store Jenny challenged my preconceived ideas and assumptions, she questioned my choices and forced me to re-evaluate many aspects of my dogs' lives.   I understood it comes from a place of caring very deeply about dogs, and wanting the best for them, it is not about me. After just a few weeks, my dogs are happier, calmer, less stressed, they are living more enriched lives with more joy and contentment.  Which, of course, all has a positive impact on their health. I am so glad I found Jenny and her wonderful team, I only wish I had found them earlier.

An excellent shop to buy real Pet food, pleasantly surprised at the price.  All the staff I have dealt with have been very patient and also extremely helpful.  I go in every fortnight and it doesn't cost me anymore than $23.00 for 14 days worth of wholesome raw healthy bones for young Jasper.

I have been purchasing raw patties for my 8yr old pug who developed a skin condition for approx. 6months from this store and the service from the younger lady often found at the service counter has been warm & welcoming.  Unfortunately today when my husband visited the store to purchase patties for our 2 pugs, our female who has recently had a littler yes, we are registered breeders what he was met with was absolutely disgusting.  I'm unsure how as the store owner you believe you are entitled to lecture another grown adult a customer no less for 45mins as a response to a simple request regarding feeding raw food to pups. I can appreciate a difference in opinion, this however was pure bullying, a dressing down of another individual in a public store that was completely unwarranted and unprovoked. Last time i checked you are not a qualified veterinarian nor one of the many reputable dog shelters that all advocate for when a pup can leave its mother or how to care for & breed dogs safely, both of which we have spent years obtaining advice from and adhering to in an effort to ensure our female pug is healthy and safe and that our pups go to loving homes.  Absolutely disgusting, another customer lost due to horrible customer service and a poor attitude.

I won’t be coming back to this store again. The products are simply not worth enduring the judgemental and condescending atmosphere of the shop when there are other pet stores with similar products.  I like to think I am a fairly open-minded and reasonable person, but the way that the owner Jenny treats other people is extremely belittling and rude. Like other reviews have said, she talks down to customers as if they have absolutely no knowledge about animals and implies that any way of treating them other than her little-known alternative method is unethical. Her tone and manner is so judgmental that it makes you feel extremely small and unwelcome to express any of your own opinions or feelings.  When I asked conversationally about her training in dog psychology, she also got extremely defensive and told me she didn’t have to stand there and justify herself to me and that I can just look on her website which seems to reveal that she has basically no formal training - yikes!  Definitely don’t recommend coming here if the owner is working and if you don’t want to feel like a worthless pet owner.

Wonderful staff, great advice, everything a dog owner could ever need all under one roof. The help I have received from the Complete Pet Company over the years has always exceeded expectations! Not only for my animals but myself. Their food has grown both my boys into very healthy happy dogs. The Complete Canine Communication workshop is a absolute bang for your buck, I took away so much and it really made a difference in my dogs and my own life. I love this place. Leave your ego and all that you thought you knew at the door and enjoy a completely different 'Pet Store' experience. I did, and my dogs are so much healthier, settled and have a calmer owner! There's no purely-sales motivated staff trying to flog you the latest trends, instead I found genuine people, fascinating literature, educational displays and what essentially is a back-to-basics approach to having animals in our increasingly pretentious, suburban world of which we feel 'they' have to assimilate to so we look 'In-Control'. I quickly came off my high-horse and feel extremely humble to have engaged with a passionate group of staff who have rubbed shoulders with some of the most advanced & dedicated Canine Behavioural & Health Experts from Europe & beyond. What a breath of fresh air! Keep up the extremely hard work guys. Tis the season of good will to all mankind, animal-kind, and a time to reflect. The Complete Pet Company has opened my eyes to what I feel is a normal and less complicated way of understanding our four-legged friends. Jenny, you are a rock, thank you for all your help.
