The food here is amazing compliment to the chef , very creative and delicious. A wide range of choices tried most of the menu enjoy coming back. Be good if the waiting staff was a bit friendlier and happy being there. Tried Vienna latte for first time so good will be enjoying more in the future.Food: 5/5
Nice looking cafe in the mall with indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee and food were very nice. We sat outside and ate, good covered area divided up as one end for smokers and other end for dining. The big brekkie was really delicious and a good portion size. Would not recommend the zaatar bruschetta, waste of money for what it is, store bought base, just tasted really bland. The girl serving was great and helpful. Will defs be back for the great coffee and big brekkie. Parking: In the mall carpark
Food was very nice. Coffee was better. Didn't expect this sort of quality from a shopping centre Cafe.Food: 4/5
Came here for a business meeting. I sat outside, apparently you can't eat there I guess it's cause of the smokers. My pursuit to order began with asking questions to the waiter, he was well informed and explained what was what quite well. I ordered the affrodato or whatever it was called, I hated it. Hard to say if they failed to make it or I just didnt like it. The coffee used was very raw and harsh. I paid about $15 for two coffees so not the cheapest either. The location is nice, being both in and out of the shopping centre is great. Lots of staff on site, and everyone was smiling.
What a yummy breakfast in a conveniently located restaurant, wide range of menus, rest room inside, reasonably priced Kid-friendliness: Comfort seats and high chairs are available Parking: A lot of parking spaces available, especially for breakfast
Good food, coffee was nice. Issue was when i went to pay the bill, i told them our table, somehow there was a misunderstanding and i paid for a different table, however they didn't give me a receipt so i had no clue until i received the rest of our table and our order was still on there on the bill. Went to speak to their staff to rectify the issue. But was met with a rude Lebanese cashier who indicated that the issue was my fault but did not give me a resolution, in the middle of the argument another staff member who was of South Asian descent came out of no where and pointed at me that i was in the wrong. I don't understand how putting the blame on me would resolve anything. In the end, the owner who was very nice and reassuring came and resolved everything but not before the Lebanese cashier started blaming me for how i was wrong with arguments she didn't even discuss with me. The owner had to come out and reassure me in private after the issue was resolved. My only issue is the attitude of these two girls, customer service was non existent. Even if i was in the wrong there was no resolution from them they just wanted to point the finger. I'm embarrassed i had to argue in front of my in-laws and the public. I love the owner but i hope something is done with about the attitude of the aforementioned.
Came for a coffee with 4 people today and asked for a table of 5. There were atleast 4-5 tables available that I could see. Waiter asked if we're going to have coffee only or eat, I advised coffee only. So he looked around and said he'll put us on the outside tables. I asked why, he said the indoor tables are reserved. Somehow if we were there to eat, a table cancellation would have came through making it available instantly. Looks like coffee-only people get 2nd-class citizen tables because they're not spending $100 on his overpriced food. After all, the place is called COFFEE Emporium, so perhaps he needs to rethink his business model. This is the same owner that tries to show his good charity and community engagement apparently. EDIT: In response to your response, I didnt misunderstand anything mate. Your waiter was ready to provide us interior seating if we said we're eating, otherwise he wouldn't have asked "are you guys having coffee only, or dining?" I'm well aware of this foolish tactic to turn away customers taking up a seat whose return on investment per seat is comparatively lower. Be ashamed.
Lovely place to hang-out, great for , very delicious food we ordered rib eye with mash potato n salad, and also chicken risotto Steak was cooked perfectly, same as risotto We’ll come back definitely to try something else. Thank you guys for cooking our yummy lunch
I always come here and enjoy their food and usually have no problems but I am absolutely disgusted by the employees I found a black hair and I did not make a big deal I requested them to change it and they did and the second plate also had a balck hair and the child with us did not have black hair they did not want to change it but accepted reluctantly, they brang back the plate I could tell that the second plate of food was still the same as it was 3 slices and the plate was still the same I confronted them they were rude and said that it could not be from the kitchen and insinuated it could be us and did not deny that the food was not changed I am appalled I won't be coming again bad service. I expected an apology of some sort not insinuations that it was our hair,
Very tasty and broad range of menu and food was delivered super fast. Friendly staff and great atmosphereFood: 5/5
