This is hands down the best Coffee Club! Not only is the food amazing but the staff are so wonderful! I look forward to my Sunday morning breakfast with my partner each week. The staff always make our morning and even when everything is going wrong they still make it a wonderful experience. Will see you guys on Sunday !

We visit many Coffee Clubs and have had good and mediocre experiences in recent years… Two recent visits to Coffee Club Cannon Hill Southgate have been exceptional! Great customer service and care by staff, they are happy and welcoming! Well done to the team don’t change a thing, food was excellant too- a very enjoyable experience!
I’ve been to many Coffee Clubs in Perth, where I was visiting from, and this is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The Perth ones could really take a page out of Southgate’s book! The service was incredible, the food was amazing, and location was easy to get to. They hit every point in the trifecta of cafe perfection Unfortunately when I return to Perth every other experience will be tainted now that I’ve experienced the best. All staff and the manager were exceptionally helpful.
The food here is absolutely delicious! I had a classic cheeseburger with a side of chips!! And a mocha as well. Staff here are so helpful and kind! Mocha was perfect temperature and tasted well made! Would recommend you try out this coffee club as others I’ve been to have dropped in quality. Not this store though!!
On the morning of 29th Dec 2022 we went to Branch 140 Cannon Hill Qld. for breakfast. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The lady preparing the beverages sneezed constantly and my wife is only after telling me hours later that when snots were dripping from her nose she just brushed them away. If I had known at the time I’d have left immediately. No masks no hygiene, I’m disgusted especially after enjoying several meals there. Where is the Supervisor??????
Service at Southgate was top notch. Shared the club sandwich with my partner and the staff was so nice to serve on 2 plates for us. Food and coffee was good too.
The worst experience I've had at a Coffee Club. My partners food arrived almost 10 minutes before my own, they did not even bring my tea in this time... So I just sat there sipping my water while he ate. By the time it all arrived he was done eating. Not that it mattered because the tea was just bitter brown water and cold like they had left it out back that whole time and the first bite of my food I bit into something hard that should definitely not have been there. I just gave up then and there, we paid and left. They did not even offer to remove the items from our bill when I told them what was wrong. The whole experience was terrible. Oh and I'll just add aswell... We were the only 2 customers, so not like they were run of their feet or anything.
We always receive great service from the staff at Southgate Cannon Hill especially Jenna. She remembers the little things from our last visit which makes the dinning experience just that bit more special. It was a great place to dine.
It was a Saturday morning about 3 weeks ago and I met 5 family members to have breakfast. They took our drinks order and they got 1 wrong and my mocha was cold. Then our breakfast orders were taken, they brought out meals that we didn’t order twice and they also forgot my breakfast which I had to wait and was given my meal after everyone had eaten. My family have been going here for years we were very disappointed as they tried to charge us for the meals we didn’t order! Not a good experience at all.
