Average cafe coffee was cold and not very nice. We watched a pair of workers talking around the coffee machine well costumers holding babies waited at the front to be served! We also watched another pair wash one table at a time together well people waited to be seated! Not to mention it took 20mins to get two coffees brought to our table and it took 50mins for an eggs bene and toasty bought to the table. The toast on the toasty wasn't toasted, the toast under the eggs bene was stone cold and tuff and the poached eggs were under cooked but that seems ok if you dump a litre of hollandaise sauce on top all for just under 50bucks. The worst Coffee Club I have ever been to I would give them a half star if you could
I wanted a coffee frappé, and for $8 I expected a frappé. It was not. I'm not one to complain however this annoyed me so I took it back. I was told that is a frappé but I can make it again if you want, they have a picture beside the till of a frappé so I said yes please. The girl Walked off and whispered things to her workmates and bought me back an cold coffee... Not a frappé and I won't be going back anytime soon.
Coffee was cold they tried to give me someone else’s coffee and someone else’s food messed up the order corrected it at the counter still got it all wrong and then put nutmeg on the cappuccino we ordered when we requested chocolate not going back!
Hello, Unfortunately We were Not at All Happy here on Wednesday, 6th April as We arrived and took a seat at Table 17 to Celebrate with Myself buying Lunch for My Friend and I. The Chicken on Both Salads was Old, Tough and Tasted Terrible. I reported this to the Young Lass in the Kitchen whom herself said she would take Care of it and I received a refund although We stayed and ordered Coffee it was not the Happy Day I had planned for My Friend and Myself. We Certainly Enjoyed Our Coffee
Luke warm coffe, carrot cake still frozen. Cake brought out after coffee had gone completely cold, very disappointed, visited 3 times and all 3 times the service has been terrible and we’ve had to go and ask for the rest of our order to be brought out. Won’t visit a 4th time
Not sure why its so hard to make a ok coffee, no consistency & feel like I have wasted my money
As always a good place to take some quality time out with the family, and with good food and friendly staff THANKS AGAIN
Such an upsetting experience. Ordered a lactose free iced chocolate regular was charged for a large and when I noticed they gave me coins from the tip jar as my refund mostly 5c pieces which is incredibly annoying. Then when my order came out it was a regular iced coffee… I told them it was supposed to be an iced chocolate and they re made it for me but it wasn’t lactose free and I didn’t want to ask again so I just left. But I will not be ordering here again as the whole experience was disappointing.
Today we had my uncles 90th birthday celebrations at the Coffee Club. The staff were absolutely amazing from the booking for 30 people to the very end of us all leaving very happy and full of lovely food. The staff were bending over backwards to look after us and make it a very special day. They even had balloons for our table and an efficient system to serve us all. I cannot think of a nicer team of people and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you all the staff for making my uncle’s day so special and one he will remember for a long time to come.
Waited ages to order then waited 30 minutes to be served our breakfasts ranging in temperature from cold to luke warm , unable to eating. Will not be going here again
