Absolutely just wow! Im still in a state of shock! Just how slow, lazy an rude the staff are i had to wait 40 minutes for food!. In that 40 minutes we watched the staff walk past 5 tables full dirty plates an cup an not one of them went to clean it up! I feel so sorry to the owner of this place. Not knowing how bad this place gets customers just werent happy.
Nice coffee shop in good sunny and light position upstairs. Pretty good selection of brunch to lunch items. Prices reasonable.
Although service was pretty good , the first four items we ordered were not available and when i asked why i was told we have had a busy day. We tried to order an omelette than a breakfast roll then french toast then a Belgium waffle all were out of stock. My son and i settled for salted caramel bannana pancakes only to find they tasted funny , we couldn't finnish them and 6hrs later we are both still feeling queasy. Disappointed because we were spending a day out for my birthday and we had to cut it short.
Our glass had a really weird smell, possibly not cleaned properly. Bacon was not very cooked. The time before this, the burger I ordered had uncooked chicken, least we got a refund for that one. I'd recommend visiting a non franchised cafe as the staff will care more about their store presentation and reputation.
Good place. Good quality food. Service generally good. Food prices reasonable to expensive depending on what you order. Coffee is usually good but depends on the barista. Nice range of cakes & slices, but quite expensive, & not value for money. Nice range & variety of meals & snacks, depending on your budget, & your hunger. Surroundings usually okay, esp the outside view. Place can get very busy & very noisy in the food court. Avoid when busy or packed, unless you like crowds. Chairs are very uncomfortable, except for the lounges. Service usually good but drops when busy, as to be expected. Overall good experience & good quality food, just pick the off peak periods to go.
This place is a joke! Not only do they forget your order, they stand around laughing and talking to each other while customers are lined up waiting to order. No sense of customer service at all. The tables are always dirty & not cleared. Some of them could do with a personality transplant as they are rude & are so put out if you ask where your order is. Management seriously needs to look at how this is being run as mine is not the only negative review.
Dirty cake display, lazy staff perhaps due to no one in charge to take control so I blame manager for staff laziness. Tables left uncleared staff not listening to customer request. Coffee sat at counter for over 5 minutes before being served and was awful. Do not recommend this place at all.
Just rubbish!!! How are these people allowed to serve such awful quality?? Sure the menu sounds appetising but... The Corn and zucchini fritters were not fried and crispy like fritters should be, just barely cooked, soft almost tasteless mini omelettes with an undercooked egg and almost raw bacon. The Big Breakfast was an uncooked pile of bacon, the roast tomato was a sliced of raw, not even ripe cheap tomato with seasoning on top. The chipolatas wee barely cooked and the cheapest quality you can find think plastic skin, Yuk. One egg was uncooked and the other overcooked. The only edible items were the avocado and the hashbrown which they obviously didn't have to make. Don't go there unless you want to be severely disappointed. Needless to say we got our money refunded on both meals as it was just too rubbish to walk away hungry and not say anything!
Bloody terrible. Waited 20 mins for a bacon and egg roll and a sml choc milkshake. Btw it cost 18 bucks. When i got my food the egg was uncooked and the hashbrown had no flavour. No wonder my mum hates the coffee club. Get good
The worst experience! Had to wait 40 minutes for a couple of simple dishes. Tables all around us were filthy & not one staff member gave a toss! Customers coming in had to clean their own table!! I dont know who is running this place!
