I got fabulous service! Wasn't happy with my order, which they replaced with an alternative from the menu  I only hope they didn't feel bad at my critique which was not meant to slur them, as I just wanted to be helpful.

Nice atmosphere in Queensgate Mall, but the food not that good, I'll say just mild taste

The prices remain logical. The service fast. Most of all clean and tidy. The elephant in the room is that they feel that as long you keep quality in reasonable standards you can make portions smaller. Pity. My bene eggs had minimal spinach and salmon. Poached eggs were not free range and you can smell that.

We actually caught them on a off day where the food wasn't up to standard- understand we all have days like that, we let them know for feedback reasons and they were so kind and even sent us a gift voucher. Everyone makes mistakes it is just how you treat your customers and I am very impressed with them! :

Great friendly service by owner Irene and her able staff. Nice toasted bacon and chicken club sandwiches spoilt by somewhat overcooked fries!! However the chicken cos lettuce salad looks really yummy!!

Absolutely awesome. Great staff and food was delicious. Highly recommend the Queensgate Coffee Club.
