First time to come here and had coffee and happy i came. Good coffee, prompt service and staff was so helpful when i could not decide what to have. Food was beautifully presented and super delicious. Will definitely come back, with family and friends.
We were in a pinch for time so I called and was allowed to order ahead, they had the food ready and a table set for us. We got the pesto toast with an egg and haloumi, a burger, chips and kids pizza. My meal pesto was perfect, chips were great and kids pizza was good, my partner thought the burger was just OK, the man that organised everything asked us how the food was and my partner gave honest feedback which was well received, he was thanked for being honest so that they can improve and a discount offered. Great experience and will definitely be back, the customer service was absolutely amazing, thank you
The staff here were both friendly and helpful and not just because it's their jobs, which is a refreshing change. The drinks were delicious, as was the food; however the presentation was off as the burgers were broken which made it hard to hold and resulted in the fillings just falling out. Shy of that, it was a very enjoyable meal.
Staff were lovely, even though they were busy meals came out quick and piping hot. Good portions. Place was clean. Very happy, I'd happily come back
Clean food, great atmosphere & unmatched honest service. Have been to Coffee Club Knox quite a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each time. The couches/lounge area is a great, relaxing vibe. I also left some of my personal items on the table by accident and when i came back they had them safe and waiting for me to the side haha legends!
Was a happy regular but current owners have turned a relaxed cheerful place into a hurry hurry rude sterile atmosphere barking orders at customers. The young lady serving was great but the food drinks very ordinary. Untidy and looking in disarray from once pristine look. Won't be going back.Food: 2/5
We come to The Coffee Club on weekends and the service is amazing. Sadly tonight we had the worst service, maybe the waitress did not want to work as she did not smile or talk to us at all. Ordered an entree, asked to keep the menu, after finishing the entree we waited 20 minutes and the waitress was just standing at the desk. We paid, then then came across to Fonda Mexican and ordered the rest of our meal. BTW, the service at Fonda was AAA+
We sat outdoors but the heating was fantastic and we enjoyed our evening. I ordered fettucini carbonara, and was greeted with a creamy, gorgeous meal, mushrooms and bacon were outstanding. I made the point by letting the chef know how much I enjoyed it. I suggested to my wife, that instead of Pizza Friday, we should have a permanent date at Coffee Club. Kid-friendliness: No playground, but who cares, kids need to learn how to behave when dining out. The space was easy care. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair friendly.
The coffee club Knox... hmmmm... Whilst there, we were expecting to enjoy our brunch. However, the staff members were unpleasant, rude and more interested in messing around with each other. Obvious cliques are present in the work place and when we wanted to order, staff members appeared to be annoyed at us. Like other reviews before mine, this Coffee club branch does not provide "service with a smile". Staff members are not kind to their customers and mostly seemed to be more interested in their own personal conversations. Lastly, I observed a Barista tasting the milk by the frothing cup and making multiple coffees right after... including ours... This is a food safety breach and should not be happening. I've been a customer for a couple of years now, after my recent experience, I no longer be visiting this particular store. Management should look into providing their staff with more customer service training and probably look into their staff's food handling practices. I'm sure there will be more breaches.
We have had breakfast 3 times over the past 2 weeks so safe to say we have been enjoying what coffee club Knox has to offer. The coffee is absolutely delicious My only issue is the bacon comes barely cooked which my husband loves so the 2nd visit I asked for well done bacon and I received an odd look and whilst the bacon was more cooked than the previous time it was still not well done. So then the next visit I ordered a toasted sandwich..... delicious but also under cooked. I would 100% recommend coffee club knox but if you do like crispy bacon or toasties I highly recommend stating that when ordering.
