Had brekkie with friends. Nothing really stands out when it comes to the actual food. They were satisfying. We had their big breakfast and famous egg bene with smoked salmon and spinach. We washed them down with ice tea. They do give you the convenience of ordering from your table by scanning their QR code that is designated to the table. Ordering was easy and you get to select the type of bread or the protein of your choice. Service was quite decent considering the place was quite packed.
Coffee club always can be relied upon to offer good service and great food. The place was clean, staff were friendly and food was delivered in a timely manner. My husband had the club sandwich, chips and Pepsi combo which was a bargain at $15.95 he said it was freshly cooked and really tasty. I had the buttermilk pancakes with Nutella, salted caramel, berries and ice-cream and ordered a maple Bacon rasher on the side. Ordered a cappuccino aswell. The pancakes were divine, freshly prepared with just enough sauce and ice-cream to make the pancakes the mouth watering treat they should be. 10/10
One of my favourite coffee shop inside carousel. Good coffee. Good food. Nice ambiance.
Disappointing. We ordered pancakes which sounded lovely on the menu. All the trimmings should have added to the taste. The pancakes were dry and the berries hard. Although we ordered the same thing our food did not come out at the same time. There was roughly a 10 minute wait between delivery of food.Food: 2/5
The customer service from the moment of ordering, to the time we hit our order is appalling. The girl that took the order didn't look like she wanted to be there. We received the wrong order in the mean time & returned, we didn't complain but simply said it was wrong. Both cooks did not look happy and shook their heads but it was just a matter of what we couldn't eat. we didn't get a cup with drinks like other customers but overall service here was not friendly.
Bad experience! Ordered my food and the girl didn’t ask me for take away or dine in, even told me that they would know where I’m sitting when I tried to tell her my table number, ended up I was sitting there silly waiting for my food. Got my coffee first in take away cup so I told them It’s dine in, got told the girl put me on take away, ok that’s fine pls change it I said. When I got my food they all gone soft because they have been in take away box and sitting there for a while. My appetite gone thanks for that!
It was disgusting went there as a treat for my birthday spent $58 my partners brekky burger arrived with in 15-20 min my all day breakfast took 35 min no cutlery brought out no I’m sorry it’s late no sourdough only ciabatta which I hate and wouldn’t of ordered if they mentioned it’s all out. !!!! Then my son and his partners food which was a simple scrambled eggs on toast took 45 min then arrived not really scrabbled or light & airy more rubbery and black colouring in eggs as though they where off. Gave them back came out same we actually had to get up and grab order ourself ! No apologies and no complimentary stuff to apologise disgusting ! Could of gone to Maccas been in. & out in 15 minutes will never eat there again over $120 wasted !!!!!!
My first ever negative review. I don't normally take time to write negatives but it was beyond appalling. I was waiting on my food for half an hour, didn't know it got served to my friends by mistake. When I went to enquire they were just trying move the egg and sausages from my freinds's plate. They kept telling me it is my mistake that I didn't ask for a separate plate when it was clearly 3 different orders. The guy reluctantly made me a overcooked sausages and egg. All three in the customer service kept educating me on how I should have requested for a separate plate and expected me to pick food from their plate when they've half eaten already. Not one person apologised. I know it is hard to be working on new year's day. I totally understand and appreciate them even showing up for work but it is just their rude behaviour towards us. Mistakes do happen but it doesn't take much to just be nice to people.
Me and my wife had a great breakfast today! Great Job to the 2 ladies who take and bring our food , smiles really make a big difference and Great Job too to the Chef!
It seems like every time I ask for takeaway it takes ages. I go up to the counter to see if my food is coming and then boom they bring it out from somewhere random behind the counter. This has happened multiple times too!! I find myself waiting for food that has apparently been ready to go out for ages.
