What a burger! I ordered classic burger and what I received was a fantastic burger with crispy buns and well cooked fries. The manager is a great man. Super friendly and polite.
Was very disappointed on the lack of service and time management from this store. Ordered on uber eats and got the message that it was ready for collection proceeded to the store to wait another 20 or more minutes for my order to be ready. Purely because the chefs were talking and standing around. Then to finally get my food and miss two items which i can see they clearly tried to cover up with something else with no communication that they had run out of the ingredients to complete my meal. Not to mention the big breakfast had no flavour.
Only 1 clean table inside though they were only half full. Food ok but not generous servings for the price. Had to ask twice for cutlery and go get our own napkins. Tried to use offer on menu for free coffee if download the coffee club app but staff didn't know how that was supposed to work and didn't want to honour it until I got annoyed. Then the coffee took way longer than the food to arrive. Something is wrong here, this place used to be much better. I only gave 2 stars because the food tasted ok. Service & cleanliness deserve only 1.
The food was really good. The service was great too. I accidentally forgot to mention that the eggs we ordered needed to be cooked through and not runny and they recooked new eggs free of charge. Great service. The guy was really good about it.
The worst service ever. The staff is beyond rude. I got the wrong coffee and I asked if they could fix it for me and a woman came from the back saying I had to pay for a new one then. I would normally say that it’s fine I don’t mind, but the woman was so rude that I asked why? if you gave me the wrong one anyways. She called the manager and he literally came to the window and said “so what” in a really rude way. I couldn’t believe a manager was assessing a problem with a customer acting like that. People like that just don’t care about the restaurant or the brand they are representing. I would never go back there and I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a coffee club. Just avoid this one.
The worst eggs Benedict I have ever experienced. One egg was so over cooked it was like scrambled egg. No hash browns available, no ham available. The toast was was like cardboard. Had to ask for cutlery and salt. Won't be back. Poor service.
Hadn't been for a while and went about 5 weeks ago. Mushrooms tough, pulled beef like eating hard straw. Left most of the meal uneaten. I ventured in again a few weeks ago and food hadn't improved. Bland and overcooked. Requested scrambled eggs and got poached eggs. It's a shame because the service and friendliness are good.
This is my first review of this Coffee Club. However, after many visits there with the same horrible experience, it was time for a review. Firstly, the coffee. Hideous. It’s actually embarrassing that such an elaborate machine can make such an appalling cup of coffee. I’m not sure the people making the coffee I’m not dignifying them with the name barista know what coffee is supposed to be like. Secondly, the food is bad. Everything I have had from the display fridge has been stale or dried out. Just don’t bother. Or if you go back don’t fall into the trap of thinking that the last experience was an unfortunate once off…it wasn’t. Thirdly, dirty and untidy. Clean the tables and chairs. And could I suggest cleaning the crockery and cutlery? If this place wasn’t next to a popular swim school and didn’t have a huge playground attached for parents to offload their children to for 5 minutes of downtime to have a drink, then it would die. In fact, the consistency of bad experiences had here should actually trump the benefits of location and facilities. The Coffee Club franchise needs to do something about this store as it is damaging its name.

Absolutely woeful. Tables were never cleaned, crockery still had lipstick stains and a 20 minute wait for 2 cups of coffee. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.
