Their Big Breakfast is great value for money. The cappuccino isn't bad either, but it was a pity about the paper-thin layer of froth. I was, however, pleased that my order came out quick and was hot. Very friendly service. Beautifully presented meal.
Need to employ an adult as well as all these children to teach them manners and how to be polite.
used my VIP card there this morning.Card expired yesterday so they wouldn't accept it.Rang the head office when I came home as I hadn't got a reminder...to be told due to COVID they were adding 3 months to all cards..the cafe just has to type in the numbers rather than swipe..shame on the staff they didn't know this
Very poor service. Waited a long time and wrong meals were serviced to us at least 3 times. Things missing from meals or wrong type of eggs. Normally been good service other times
Poor customer service , they forgot about our order until we reminded them. Waited nearly an hour for food to come, only for them to bring out the wrong dish
Very average food first coffee was cold, sent it back, second one took ages to arrive, eggs Benne where cold and yolks where slimey I don't know what they did to the hollandaise sauce it was awful.. Never again !!! You've lost my business
