I wouldn’t even rate this place with a one star! Horrible customer service, ask to speak to manager and to my surprise found out the lady providing the bad customer service was the manager. This person really needs to learn how to smile and not look at her customers like she’s about to kill them. Also they can’t seem to get a simple order correct and don’t dare to mention it because they will only make your order worse out of spite. I have never experienced such immature and rude customer service and for that reason I will not return to this store.

Absolutely disgusted in this place, I will never return again. Purchased two parmas asked for no bacon as we are muslim and they gave me and my husband bacon. Fair enough, we were kind about it. We asked staff to replace the meal they removed the bacon after we had asked for it to be cooked fresh again, they reused the same chicken, deep fried the chicken to a crisp and returned it. it was hard as a rock my husband and myself we both respectful enough to try to eat the meal and not cause a scene, while doing this we had to put up with having both the chefs smirking and laughing at us while we had to eat this piece of wood very disappointed and disrespectful on the saffs behalf they were enjoying having a laugh while we had to sit there. you have lost a few customers.

Had scones and coffee large nice scone only one small butter ! Coffee not great and small cup . Prices not too bad
