Waited for 25 min for a smoothie, ample staff to make the menu you advertise...may be your skill levels as food prep staff need some adjusting, along with your piss poor attitude towards paying public. I will today invest in a coffee machine, just one too many poor experiences at this terrible excuse for a cafe for me spend my money or wait in line at your cafe. And to have a manger scream I'll refund your money is just...just...no words guys!

I was astounded by how long it took staff here to prepare iced tea. After half an hour waiting the staff had forgotten the order. Rubbish service

Undercooked pancakes, and they argued over it and wouldn't cook fresh ones. Found out the pancakes are delivered and not cooked fresh. Hahaha how basic
