Very unhelpful staff. I had chicken Ceasar salad - no anchovies, so double bacon. Didn't ask if I wanted the extra bacon. Tasted like a bacon salad. Partner had big breakfast and when waitress asked if he wanted 'mushrooms' we said yes, as they were listed on menu - we got charged for extra mushrooms! When I queried the bill I was told that he got extra mushrooms! Also substituted the wine we asked for with a different one, again without asking.... Would not go back.

NICKO - Coffee club this morning. Asked for dine in and got take away. This morning in the hour of 9:00am I walked into this cafe expecting good customer service as I always do get every other time. I ordered an Avo and feta and a medium coffee and said I'd like to DINE IN, and I was expecting that. My brother and I got asked to sit outside due to him NEATLY eating a small pie which he was almost done with. I politely did so, a couple of minutes went by and I first got my coffee, and 10 minutes later got my Feta and Avo. I was handed my food in a bag.. I was confused thinking that I got the wrong order. I got the food out and realised there was no mistake. At this moment I left so disrespected, my brother asked for a serviette so I got up and got him one, and also asked another team member for the name of the rude guy and he said NICKO, I got up to get more serviette's for my brother and as soon as I got back NICKO was there harassing my brother who had no idea what was going on, I approached them and NICKO looked up to me and asked if there was a problem, the way he was speaking was utterly disrespectful and slobbery. I replied with "Don't worry" he kept on harassing me asking the same question which I told him not to worry about, obviously I was going to going to file a complaint. After he asked for the 6th time I gave in and explained to him as to why I asked another team member for his name and all. It's clear to see that he isn't taking his role seriously, therefore I fully feel like you should give it to someone who cares about customer service.
