The Coffee Club Albany

Went there 2 weeks ago for a afternoon snack, was really good, the place was quiet and staff was friendly. Good quality food aswell as their iced coffee is very good aswell. Had the Gluten-free Tacos with cheese, very tasty. Anytime again also nice sitting on the sheltered balcony. Cheers

Worst muffins you could buy, their customer service was nice enough to give us a replacement chips. We also ordered egg Benedict which was delicious. Salmon quality is low though. Chips we paid for was sample size, not much there at all, however great seasoning and taste. Coffee was good, really cramped inside also. Not the best Coffee Club I've been to. Lots of great breakfast options though and as mentioned, staff were very considerate and polite. Has outdoor covered seating but no toilets, guess you can use the ones provided by the mall.

Admittedly, we sat down around 1.15pm having ordered a lunch for 3 of us. To wait more than 30 minutes, only to have the burger in the photo turn up for my son at the price of $26 was adding insult to injury. They have only a small kitchen with one cook, so if they can't cope with the volume within a reasonable time frame, maybe they should reduce their table numbers? Definitely profit over customer service.

Shocking experience and I don’t even blame the service! Full restaurant with one waiter, the service and food was outstanding but the scenery was not. Tables were left with plates and cups for over half an hour not to mention the spilled water glass on the next table and birds eating off plates. Poor waitress could only do so much :

Enjoyed my visit to this cafe. The staff members who served us were very pleasant and helpful. The shop was clean and well kept and, the coffee and muffins were as we expect them to be. Well done "Albany". See you again.

Very sad to come here . Dirty plates, dirty cups everywhere had to clean our own table. Service was a 1/5 . Waiter dropped many glasses on the ground around us causing spillage. Food came out fast but no flavour . Felt like I needed to do their job for them . Overall staff was nice

I didnt realise my card had declined and the lady at the till didnt say anything until my food came and she told me i was ‘hard to find’ and that she’d been looking for me, and gave me attitude. i was treated like id stolen something. I was more then happy to go inside and pay for the food which i did to just be treated rudely and then to come back to my table and the birds were all over my food. Then she bought out a second drink and i told her it wasnt mine and her response was ‘oh well who’s is it then’. Not great customer service from this place. usually give this place the benefit of the doubt but i think this was my final straw, especially considering how much the prices have gone up and you barely get much for your money

friendly staff, quick service, food is ok, we ordered a fish taco to share, wish they gave more fries…

I've got to say my sea basket was not the best. The fish was tasteless, the scollops were so small they must have been illegal unless privately farmed and calimari was chewy. The chips were good. When I compare this coffee club with the Lunn Ave one it does not compare. Would I go there again? Probably not
