The coaching room has been an amazing experience!  I am less than half way through the course, but already I have had some amazing insights as well as deeper understanding on how to communicate in a meaningful way with others.  The online program is flexible and having access to the replays is really helpful for integrating the information I am learning.  I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves, others, and grow in a positive way.

I was introduced to The Coaching Room mid-2022.  Since then, I have completed two training courses, started the Advanced Communications, participated in numerous training and information sessions and will be starting the NLP Master Practitioner Course June this year. Since starting these programs and connecting with the amazing coaches and amazing participants, my way of thinking and approach to life has changed immensely, for the better. At times it is confronting, but nothing worthwhile doing always is. I have learnt so much and keep learning daily and growing as a person.  My mind is calmer and my spirit stronger. I love their 'heartbeats' and look forward to each session with excitement and hunger to learn more.

It was almost a decade ago that I found The Coaching Room, and from there, I found a series of tools to understand myself, what informed my thoughts, how deeply I feel, and how one can be present to listen.  Over what became multiple courses and some private coaching, I became intrigued by the capacity of our instructors, how well they could listen, and how they framed questions to enable a person to find the meaning they are holding.  I can not articulate how unique, how emotive this learning has been for me.  Years later, the team announced a new program entitled Integral Leadership.  From there, due to time zones, via correspondence, I attended in my way, and for months, in the end, I listened to the recordings after recordings.  On so many occasions, I returned to specific lessons as I felt some moments, some questions and statements were profound for me; I just had to keep hearing these things because they inspired such significant thought.  Once again, I gained a much more profound understanding of myself and what surrounds me, enabling me to observe more effectively and facilitate shared meaning for the better of all involved.  I assure you, any investment in your time, energy and capital with this business and its principals will serve you in ways that, right now, you do not know exist.

I did the NLP Practitioners course in January 2022, and it absolutely opened my eyes and mind wide open. The course was structured incredibly well, resources are very thorough and the coaches running the course, as well as support staff were amazing. Everything about this course improved my life and helped kick start my coaching toolkit!! Incredibly grateful for the time I spent with the coaching room crew!!

I've been working with Jay for a few months now as an athlete , and I'm extremely grateful for what we've achieved in such a short period of time. During the sessions he takes me outside my comfort zone to challenge and question my mindset, and he doesn't let me avoid accountability. I have known Jay Hedley, the Managing Partner at The Coaching Room since the 1990's when we both worked in the telecommunications sector. I highly recommend The Coaching Room for anyone who wishes to expand on their communication skills in any area of their life.  I myself am using it to start off my coaching career, but what I have learnt so far I believe every human being should know.  I’m mind blown as to the way we act, feel and communicate is mostly outside of our awareness. It’s only when we do courses such as NLP that we can bring it into our conscious awareness to see what areas of our life need improving.  I started the online NLP practitioner course 3 months ago and completed that before more recently doing the first part 4 days of the face to face course.  I’m glad that I done it this way as over the 3 months I had time to practice and embody a lot of what I had learnt. Then when it came time to do the intensive 4 day face to face course I was able to digest the information a lot easier. It was like a refresher and I took in a lot more information VS if I had done the face to face first-I think it would have been too much information all at once. But that’s me personally. Everyone learns differently.  Jay is fantastic the way he delivers the content. Everybody was so engaged. It’s one of the very few courses I’ve done where I was disappointed it was over at the end.  Highly recommended.

I've been part of The Coaching Room community for about 6 or so years.  Having done several courses, the person I was prior to commencing the journey is certainly not the one that sits here now.  I am in the midst of IPCP and find myself in a position of infinite potential.  I never set out to be a coach but the benefits the learnings have gifted me has been priceless to my personal life and in business.  My offer to anyone thinking about making a life changing decision...just do it!
