I really enjoyed and benefited from this training. I found the bridge I needed to cross to build confidently actioning coaching agreements that are in line with my values.   To be transparent! The students of ICI are always so inspiring and fun to learn with.  I recommend this training to all.

The 3 day metadynamics webinar was a life changing and wonderful experience, with a wonderful , large group of awesome participants. My main takeaway is that we have easy and risky problems . The risky ones are the  inner ones which are like onions . They have many different layers and come with tears. That I need to welcome them and it’s ok to have them. I now practice this all daylong I am now having less reactions to a lot of triggers in my life . Anyone wishing to join the webinar will really be inspired. I highly recommend you to join this webinar. it.

What can I say about this community. Like WOW if you want to take leaps and bounds. Not take step by step. Do yourself the favour of joining this organisation and community. Don’t just be lead by teachers and trainers. Be lead by leaders that have already achieved what you have set out to achieve. This community is next level and a very powerful set of minds. Fantastic 3 days of learning tools for my coaching journey and meeting a wonderful group of participants, course facilitators and supportive Ninja team members. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to make a differ a difference in their lives and other people's lives.

I highly recommend Business Success Principles Training.  This is the missing piece to creating coaching packages and getting the coaching business off the ground.  I took away a lot of value from the training.  Glam is very knowledgeable and her delivery was edutaining.

Whatever you do, please, please stay away from this place. My husband has been absolutely ripped off by this institute. He cancelled his membership weeks ago but is still getting charged. Nine times out of ten, they don't pick up the phone. He's been chasing a refund by calling and writing endlessly with no support from the team while he continues to be charged. He cancelled because he couldn't take the sales calls and sales plugs throughout the course. There's no real mentor even though they offer this, the only check in calls is just are to upsell programs. All the learning is online and you technically have to do all of the work, so if you are expecting any actual teaching, in person days, interactions, mentors or coaches, you'll be disappointed. Once you've bought in to all the course upgrades, you're forgotten and it feels like a pyramid scheme of sorts. If you do don't believe me, try calling them and pretend to be an existing customer, if that's all you do before you decide to sign up. With this course, youll be doing all of the work, including connecting with other students there's no offer of help or intervention by the institute. The Only calls you'll get, and I repeat, are SALES calls. Stay away! I really don't know who these people are that are writing all of the positive reviews.
