The Co-op - UQ Herston

They mistakenly filled an order 5 business days after they said the order was cancelled and refunded. They refused to rectify their mistake or fulfill their promise for a refund. I had to return the book to get the refund. But despite the tracking info saying the book was received 3 weeks ago I still have no refund. I have reminded them 3 times in the space of three weeks. The most incompetent customer service team in history maybe. You can get your books more cheaply elsewhere. Don't bother with them

The phone number "is no longer connected". Why bother having a website listed I look up for phone number if number is not connected I rate it "Piss Poor". How much effort is it to ensure phone number listed is current and connected, really?
