Terrible service.

Almost bought a lab coat yesterday. I saw the sign saying ‘do not open the bags’. So i went for the ones hanging by a chair to try on for sizes as they don’t have any samples for you to try on. One of the staffs came storming and yelled at me for picking up those lab coats. 
I told her I just wanted to try them on as they were already out of the bags but she wouldn’t listen. Kept repeating the same thing to me as if I didn’t understand her. So unprofessional.

Terrible service. Every time I've come to buy textbooks I always get sent to wrong areas to look for the books and even then half the time they haven't got anything in stock. If you go expect set your expectations very very low

Received really crappy service when I went in this morning. I called ahead to make sure they had the textbooks I wanted in stock and asked for them to be put on hold. They said they couldn't hold them so I drove straight in and spent some time trying to find the textbooks. I couldn't find them so I waited in line for ten minutes. When I got to the front of the line I was told to go look for them in the general reading section which I thought was odd because they're textbooks. I went and looked and couldn't find them so I went and lined up again at the counter. When I got to the front of the line the cashier went to the textbook section and after a while found one of the books I needed and told me the other had been sold whilst I was driving to come get the books. I then had to order the other book and have to come back to get it at a later date. 

I'm thinking maybe Co-Op need more staff as there was only one person manning the front counter. And maybe then someone would've been able to get me the textbook I needed and wouldn't have sent me to the wrong section to go look for it and I wouldn't have had to wait around for over half an hour in the store. 
I also don't understand the policy of not being able to hold items. 

Would recommend you order the books you need online rather than going into the store.

Dodgy company .Avoid if possible as they will NOT help you.
Be careful when ordering from co-op.
I spent just under $800 on some Plumbing standards and they sent me a version from 2003 (13 years out of date ) when there was a new edition printed a year earlier in 2015.
By the time i was able to get in contact and try to get a replacement they said they would NOT refund me,as it was 9 days after purchase.
They then run me around for 4 weeks between 5-6 different people over the phone, in person and by email and I still got no where.
The phone number on their website also does not work.
I feel severely ripped off and i hope no apprentices or students have to go through anything like this as it is a lot of money to waste on an already unnecessarily over priced set of books.
