The clay shed dispatched the wrong product and when I called to advise, Mark blamed my friend for not checking the order when she collected it on my behalf. I wonder if they also expect couriers to QA their orders. No acknowledgment of their mistake. I needed the product to make a deadline.

Not a great place for a beginning potter if you have any questions.  Neither of the two men working there were friendly or helpful. Even a basic question got an eye roll. I don't need to be treated in this condescending manner, I will buy online from another store.

I went there today without experience and they were SUPER nice and helpful. Is an amazing place to get ALL you need really  hopefully they could do some workshops soon

Did a mixed course and had wheel throwing hand building and coils. Super explanations and was totally amazed with the result I had because of it. What a fun thing to do. Can really recommend this place. Absolutely loved it!!
