Very clean, staff very courteous. Tasty and quality food. Went on our way back from trout farm, was very hungry and ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and white ricex2 plenty for 2 adults. Ordered the kids meal Chicken nuggets and chips Note - all bread or roti items usually available after 5pm Food was super tasty Definitely recommend for people visiting Australia Rainbow Trout farm or Puffing billy train station
I went here the other day craving for their amazing gold brown crispy chips but got soggy ones instead was so disappointed after craving them for so long. Looks like they changed their great chips from this inflation?.. please bring them back it’s a 5 star quality
Really tasty chips! However just got charged $1 for a small tomato sauce packet. Seems either way too expensive, or the staff member charged incorrectly? I’d usually have given this place 4 or 5 stars, but getting charged 5 x the price as somewhere else is pretty ridiculous... Thanks for the tasty chips though, will be going to the fish and chip shop nearby next time
Well we have been here before and had great food, not this week though. The chicken was NQR. The coleslaw was watery and not very nice. The pasta salad was really good. Must've been having a bad day l feel. Disappointed basically. Will have to think hard before going back.
First time getting takeaway from here and we are very pleased. Delicious, saucy curries with plenty of good quality meat and perfectly cooked rice. Our new fave for Indian food!
Terrible customer service. Chocolate milkshake not even taste like chocolate and the milk was really NOT fresh. Waited another 10mins for them to remake it as staff starred over at me. Rude as! I eventually told them not to worry about it and to keep the money. They did not argue and let me walk out without saying anything.
Great little shop in the heart of Emerald. Not only a chicken shop but a full on take away cafe, a sit down cafe and an Indian food cafe! I love the friendly staff. Who will always accommodate with a big smile. Never had a complaint about both the food or the service. A nice, clean, pleasant cafe to dine in.
Always friendly service coupled with a vast and varied menu. The food is always excellent. Even the chips and gravy is fantastic. They do awesome curries along with burgers, wraps, chicken dinners, salads and so on. My favourite eatery in Emerald. Keep up the great work Chookery Cafe :
Place is clean, staff are friendly. Had the tropical chicken burger - cooked well and everything was fresh. Really well cooked chips and well made generous coffee.
A chicken shop in the heart of Emerald, but not just a chicken shop but a take away and sit down café with both indoor and outdoor tables. The friendly staff were very efficient with a big smile. Happy with both the food and the service. A nice, clean café with good coffee and plenty of chicken dishes to choose from. Burgers and chips were enjoyed with all plates empty at the end.
