We ordered a cake for our engagement party and when our event was postponed due to weather, the staff were accommodating to move the date of the order. The cake was what we had paid for, was not overly sweet, was large in size and looked beautiful with the decor. Only minor would be that a lot of the cake was white chocolate instead of the actual sponge cake part. Guests remarked on how great the cake tasted and looked. Thank you Cheesecake Shop Caloundra! Keep up the great work!
Not sure how these guys have so many bad reviews but I walked in there Sunday morning there was 2 young polite women working, they had a huge range of cakes available, after choosing which one i wanted it was fully decorated within 5 minutes. Great service, the cake was delicious too and my partner was delighted with her birthday cake. Thanks guys
The online system for ordering was harder than it needs to be and the cheesecake was awful. Low quality ingredients with an absurd amount of sugar. I would expect The Cheesecake Shop to make a decent cheesecake. Two bites of the cake then into the bin. On a positive note, the customer service was great.
My daughter organised a birthday cake for me and it was absolutely fabulous. Jen was so easy to chat to and making suggestions. In the end it was perfect. And sooo delicious. It was the chatter with all our guests. Will definitely use this service again.

The cake we ordered looked nothing like the one we asked for online. It was shorter and smaller and only fed a few people. It also contained no toblorone chocolate like the photo. If I knew I was going to pay $45 for a something that should almost be classed as a cupcake, I would have gone elsewhere.

Disappointed with the portion size of the cheesecake and a large chuck of the cheesecake was missing. The portion size was meant to be half, however it was less than half a cheesecake.
We have purchased the Wild Berry Cheesecake from the Caloundra Cheesecake store, many many times over the past 22 years. It has always been fresh and always delicious. Lately the recipe appears to have changed. It is unbearablysweet...YUK!!!! It has blobs of 'grey stuff ' decorated all over the top, I am not sure if they are meringues, or marshmallows, but they are revolting....! Then there is a sprinkle of blueberries and half cut strawberries on top...... What on earth has happened to this old favourite recipe of ours???
Purchased a American Baked Cheesecake for Mother's Day. The flavour was nice, but the Cheesecake was all grainy as if it had been not been mixed properly, or perhaps overbaked. Not enjoyable. Will not be purchasing one again as wouldn't want to risk the waste of money.
