Had such a wonderful experience purchasing two birthday cakes from The Cheesecake Shop Sippy Downs. Customer service was exceptional. They helped create a cake for my daughters birthday with very little noticed & it tasted amazing. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back
Ordered a cake online. Presentation of cake was ridiculous. Complaining and trying to swap the cake was just as ridiculous and the guy who served us very submissive of our complaints and had terrible customer service!nThe cake we eventually changed it to was also very old. The cream on top was yellowing and cracking it was that dry and old and the sponge is inside was the same. Super crumbly and and dry. Overall experience here was horrible. Do not recommend!
Once in a lifetime experience of best customer service I had in this store. Friendly and helpful staff. I purchased two cakes for my daughters birthday, both were yummy and got writing on the spot. Everyone loved it and surely returning for another birthday cake soon. Extremely happy to have this store in Sippy Downs.
