There is not much about my visit to this shop that encouraged good customer relations. The 10 year old sales assistant had a limited vocabulary that mostly consisted of the words 'That's not relevant" I was looking for a chocolate mud cake for a wedding , the screen in the shop that showed and priced the cakes, "was not relevant, as it did not reflect the actual price of the cake?? I queried this comment and the response was each shop has their own pricing?? The serving size was also not relevant, as was the size of the cake?? I am sure the cake would have been fine, but the service left me befuddled and walking out the door in disgust.

Since it change the ownership, I will never go back ever, quality down, service down, seems get more extra? Not much choice in rocky but definitely not back to this store.
