I am a big fan of the cheesecake shop but this is the 2nd time in a row we've had a bad 'cake' experience. Lots of problems in the world but I hate paying $36.95 for a mud cake when a $4 woolies one is better. This one was so dry that it could've absorbed the Great Lakes! The recent cheesecake we bought from this store (about 2 weeks ago) was nowhere near the quality we've come to expect and tasted 'offish' to the point where no one finished their serve and more than 3/4 was thrown away. Hate giving low star feedback but about $80 wasted on very poor quality!!!!

Abbie I believe her name was is a blessing! I order a cake to the wrong store and she was so polite and fixed it up in minutes. Great customer service 😊 Very happy

Best black forest torte cake i have ever had. I have had pretty much all the cakes and all of them are awesome. Cheesecake shop is hands down the best cake shop!

If you have the time, it's definitely worth making the trip down to the Southport Cheesecake Shop instead. The quality of the cakes, presentation and customer service are far superior and definitely worth the trip ☺

Unfortunately the fruit flan I just purchased and presented  to our dinner guests was a disgrace. I believe it was missing a layer.  Not happy.
