The worker seemed frustrated that she had to serve me. I asked her if she could write a name on the happy birthday plaque to which she passive aggressively said no we can’t we shut it 10 minutes. I’ve gone to the cheesecake shop for all my life and that service was appalling. Young girl with black hair. Treat your customers better, not like a problem.
I had the best experience at the cheesecake shop today at 5.00pm, not sure of her name but this lovely blonde girl helped me fix my cheesecake bought from another store and was so helpful and empathetic, she’s definitely your best employee

I went into the Mermaid Beach store today to purchase a cake for my daughters birthday. Whenever I have been in store staff have always been very helpful and polite, so today I was highly disgusted when I witnessed the way a manager treated his staff member in front of us. He was yelling and degrading her so badly that I felt so upset for her. This work place bullying is NOT on!! Management need to look at the way they treat their younger staff! It has made me not want to return to your store again!!!
I purchased a marble mud cake for my son's birthday his choice I had the cake that afternoon to realise it was chocolate !!! I contacted the store & they asked me to bring back.... so I did she insisted it was marble but a bad batch. The mix must have leaked she said. She told me we don't refund. Also decorating the cake with snickers chocolate bar full off peanuts for a kids birthday what a dissaster that could have been. So disappointed with my experience with this shop staff were really rude & they take no responsibility or love & care in they goods. Never again will my friends & family return there.
The two lovely young girls who served me last sunday were very welcoming and helpful with helping me find the cake i needed. The cake i wanted wasn't in the window but the girls searched the shop from top to bottom and found my cake. I am very grateful for their service and hope the next time i visit the shop they serve me.
I loved the "beesting" honey gateaux cake & they always have it there,I love the vanilla cupcakes but often they have mostly the chocolate cupcakesfor health reasons sadly I'm unable to eat chocolate at all now. They also don't disappoint with the supply of vanilla &/or caramel mudcakes,also still my favourites!
Rude staff and management. Ordered a mud cake and it was made in any flavour because I apparently had not specified. Nice of them to ring me to clarify. They told me that they are too busy to ring customers. Rang Nerang store and they were able to give me exactly what I needed with only 12 hours notice and took payment over the phone. Nerang store went above and beyond to help me. Was a real mess to get my refund from mermaid waters /robina joint store and took months to get my refund. Tried to get hold of head office and they never take calls or return them. Wouldn't bother going there again. Better to go elsewhere than mermaid Waters/Robina. Very very disappointing!
