Delicious and fresh cakes are available for all occasions. We bought cakes from this store several times. They are yummy. Friendly staff. Parking available at nearby street. They also have variety of cakes with different flavours.
Today, I bought coffee cake from Cranbourne Cheese cake shop for my husbands birthday but unfortunately that was worst cake. The cake was so dry and it seems like was few days old. Worst taste and the whole mood was spoiled as such I giving review hoping cheese cake will take seriously their customers. Customers pay for quality cake and keeping old and dry cake on shelf is ripping customers off..
I had per-order a passion fruit and mango cheesecake for my daughter birthday on 16th January. When I picked up, I found out there was no mango on the cheesecake and I ask the staff where is the mango and they said it was out of mango! How come they don’t contact me? They can ask me to use other fruits to instead, but they didn’t. I have to ask them what fruit you can put it on top, they said only orange….so the birthday cake is not nice and my daughter was so sad…. I’m so sorry to give her a bad birthday party tonight. I won’t be order anymore. If I’m not asking to use other fruit to instead, the place of the orange was empty, only got few cream on top.
We ordered an image cake for our son’s 3rd birthday. The cake was nice and fresh and absolutely yummy. Loved it!!
not going here again, worst experience ever, went day before christmas and asked for cake, was never told that they’re gonna write on the cake instead of the ‘old chocolate piece writing’ they had, when asked the simple answer was “it’s the same price for both”, which is worse, why would anyone pay $6 for them to write on the cake instead of the chocolate piece? looting money
Ria kindly made my mums 80th birthday cake and when I opened the box was so excited it looks amazing so happy . Ria was wrapped with my reaction when she opened the box . Very happy customer
On Monday I bought the rainbow cake. She gave me the one from the front fridge and said this is the last rainbow cake we have for today. I did ask when did you bake this cake? is this fresh? she told me it is from today. but the cake was not fresh at all, the cream on top and cake itself was changed its normal colour and taste .The interesting part was, 10 min later my sister went to get another cake and they had put another rainbow cake instead. Basically they do LIE to customers!!
My partner picked up my birthday cake and they had written Happy Birthday Mel on it. There was a bit of brown splatter on the white cake so when Mel was written it looked like “Met” My partner brought it to their attention but was told “there is nothing I can do about it” Pretty disappointed that they either couldn’t fix it or offer not to charge for the writing… Wasn’t happy with the result
Bought a Lava Cake for $90 on the 20th August, Asked the staff member how to store the cake, advised in the fridge until ready to cut. The so called Lava inside was a hard ball of chocolate, I then called the following day and was advised the Manager would call me back to discuss. I waited two weeks no calls. I then called again to be told the Manager would call back and again they didn't call. Called once more to be told the Manager just comes in a few mins on random days. Service is terrible. The Cake was not up to scratch and it didn't perform the way it was marketed and no one takes responsibility - hence this review.
I'd give zero stars if it was possible!! Terrible attitude and customer care. Daughter ordered a cake for a birthday. Hubby and I just went to pick it up for her. Girl walks out in her own time and looks at the online order, gets the cake. Plonks it down without lifting the lid to show us its the correct cake. Walks off on us. We checked the cake and there was no messages piped on the top. We had to call her out, she checks the order and takes the cake back. Comes back and again plonks the cake down, this time showing us the message piped. Get home, they gave us the wrong cake.. ordered Berry...got the strawberry version. Daughters calls the shop to let them know, the women was very blunt and long story firstly tells my daughter it's the correct cake... daughter says check your cakes.. I'm sure you'll find you've given us someone else's cake. In the end she VERY RUDLY says.. what do you want me to do about it?! Never. Ever. Again. Cheesecake. Shop!!! You've done this too many times now! Rude staff and no manners!!
