I have never seen such a disrespectful and rude staff ever in my life.He just pretended like if I am begging for cake Free of Cost. Went to buy a cake for Daughter's Friend as she got instant idea to surprise her friend on her birthday. The guy serving the counter a cheesecake spoilt my whole day.On asking about the availability of large cake,he just replied in a sarcastic manner that I should be sensible enough to order this cake in advance and passed rude comments. Will never go to this place again ever in my life.

Dropped by at 6:45PM last Friday to grab a cake for a friends’ dinner party. Guy at counter looked like an extra from a Tarantino movie. He was super sarcastic & unhelpful. I guess the owner hires ex-convicts reintegrating into the community - they must be cheaper to hire.

Was told by staff today that OUR CAKES ARE NOT MADE FOR ANYONE WITH DIABETES OR ANY FORM OF DISEASES when asked about information on amount of sugar in their cakes. Can't believe people say these sort of things.

Absolute child of a staff member. Rude, arrogant and wanted to physically start a fight before kicking us out of his shop. No one should buy from here ever again, lest we give this "boy" further opportunity to ruin someone else's day.
