caramel cake had mould inside, got refund but no sorry, apology nothing nada. stay away

The young lady who attended to us in this shop is quite pleasing compared to the one we encountered in Ermington branch that morning. The cake we chose are nicely decorated, too. She even let my daughter choose the colour of sparkle which is edible and politely answered our questions. Good customer service always drives repeat sales.

Went there today at 6:30. Covers over all the fridges and display cabinets and no one around. I can understand wanting to get out early but everything was packed up half and hour before they close. I guess a plus is I didn’t get a bad cake because I couldn’t get any.
