Went to pick up my cake from this cheesecake shop for the first time. I hope the cake was as good as the customer service there. Ordered a fancy cake for birthday, it’s quite dry inside of the cake, it feels like it’s been sitting there for more than two days at least, and the top of cake looks like it’s been squeezed into a fridge which was not big enough for the cake.
Ordered a Strawberry Tort for my husband's birthday because a friend recommended. The cake was amazing. The cream is fresh and has a really cute light pink color. The cake is not too sweet which is exactly what I want. Compared to the cakes I usually get from Bread top, this is much better and they offer more choices.
I usually buy the normal chocolate mud cake from cheesecake shop which is my daughter’s favourite. I decided to order the drip cake this time just because it looks beautiful on the website and we’re having guests to celebrate my son’s birthday. What I have got unfortunately was a massive block of dry chocolate cake covered and layered with a white thing that was supposed to be white chocolate but in fact tastes like medicine. Luckily I had some vanilla ice cream at home and could serve the cake with that making the experience a little bit better. Not to mention that the cake was missing the sprinkles and also was noticeably smashed on the side. Unfortunately I think I’ll have to look for another option for my next celebration.
My wife ordered a cake that came all messed up and tasted really bad. She made a review here and someone asked her banking account for a refund. She provided the details but was ignored. They definitely don't know how to respect their customers, we won't come back to this shop and tell our friends to do the same. I felt very sorry for the fella that was working there on the weekend. He seemed so overloaded.
The shop is small and they have limited variety of cakes but they have plenty of free car parking spaces.
Stuffed up my order. Took forever to refund me! I had to ring around head office myself to finally organise it as he never called me back!!! Then I went in to the shop to get the refund after the “manager” Told me I had to get a refund through head office, to be told by head office that that’s not the case he refunded me cash instead of on the card I payed with- saying he’s only been there 3 months and doesn’t know how to do ac refund yet!!!!!!! A manager!!!!!!!! I can’t even!
Very disrespectful people on this store. My friend complained about a dreadful cake and was informed they would refund her. Then she provided the bank details and no refund was done. They didn't reply her emails anymore. The staff is helpful but the owner is a crook!
10/10 amazing, saved the day twice within 5 days! I'd tried making a cake for my son's birthday party, failed but was able to uber eats a cake from their store, arrived within 15minutes with custome message. And saved the day again today, had ordered a cake from basken robbins Kedron, went to pick it up only to be told they sold it to someone else last night. Disgusting work ethic, but was able to stop into the cheese cake shop, pick up an amazing cake, totally saved the day once again! Staff are lovely. If you ever need a cake make sure to come here you won't be disappointed! ^-^
Best customer service. Forgot to ask the name of guy who decorated this but you did a great dude. Everyone loved it.
For a last minute thought and getting a cake, the staff went on and beyond with catering for my needs and helped by over the phone order on selecting the ideal cake and having it decorated and personalised.
