We brought an Apple and Pear cake from there last weekend for my daughter'n'laws birthday cake. When we took it out of the box it was mouldy around the sides and a few spots on the top. My husband took the cake back and the guy said to him it is not mould it is from another cake that was cooked in the same cake tin before. It is some of the colouring coming off onto the cake. My husband said it looks like mould the guy said no it's not we just scrape the tins down then re cook in the same tin again. My husband said YOU DO NOT WASH THE TIN????????? He said no we just scrape it out and start again! He could not believe what he was hearing! This is was has promoted me to rite a review as this has to be stopped!!!!!! Those tins MUST be washed out properly for health reasons! I hope everyone reads this review!

Today I bought a small celebration cake from the shop...while billing only I realised that the price is little bit higher than the displayed price.when I asked about the reason they told me that the extra money is for the topping. When we buy a cake from a shop, we expected the price for the whole cale... not separate price for cake and bottom.

Nice staff, lovely mudcake that I bought. Some of the cheesecake flavours are a bit over powering but not bad overall.

Got a cake for my Grandpas 91st Birthday on Friday. It actually was probably the worst cake I have ever had. The frozen cheesecakes from coles tases better than the one we had. Also the two girls who served me seemed pretty clueless of what they were doing. Back in the day your cakes were great now after what we received the other day my family and I wont be back.
