Okay, loved the cheesecake. Service was absolutely lovely this morning, though would be great if the actual opening times reflected on what is on the website as we did go there last night, They advertise an 8 pm closing time but was in fact 7 pm so I had to go back this morning. All in all, great cheesecake, great service, would recommend this:
Pink haired worker that served me was amazing! Would come back to this shop just because of them.nnThere was a very loud alarm going off apparently an uber eats order notification which made it hard to communicate with server. Management should have two workers covering front so this can be handled while the server is busy with customers. Props to server for dealing with this fabulously.
I was served by two lovely young ladies by the names of Bridie and Ella. So polite, welcoming and efficient, they had my order ready to go within a few minutes. Excellent customer service skills as they helped me out to my car when my hands were full. Will definitely recommend to a friend!
Ordered and picked up birthday cake and paid extra for personalised message on top. Arrived at birthday party and opened box to no message on top. Really dissaponting considering there were very clear instructions on the order and paying extra on top of that. Tiramisu torte wasn't as good as it used to be. Really dissapointing :
Bought a Belgian double cheesecake for my sister’s birthday on 2/8/24. I didn’t realise there are different sorts. The tone from the male employee or possibly the manager was quite rude - “Yeah which one”. Ah sorry I didn’t realise there are different ones. “Yeah which one”.nnI’m guessing this abhorrent male woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. I won’t set foot on this store ever again. There are way better cake shops in Cairns. I do not recommend this store.
