Worst Experience Ever!nI recently ordered a cake from this shop, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The lady who makes the cakes completely forgot the color we had agreed upon. When I pointed it out, instead of accepting her mistake, she refused to acknowledge it and kept arguing.nnThis is not how you handle customer service. If you mess up the order, you should be ready to bear the responsibility, not blame the customer. It’s ridiculous that they don’t even have proper processes to double-check orders.nnTo anyone planning to order here, make sure you record a video or get everything in writing and pictures to avoid disputes later. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they fix their attitude and processes.

I phoned the lovely girls on short notice  the day before the party as a cake that i was told would be organised wasn't we had no cake for tje birthdaynThe cake I wanted was a 3 day order notice I was stressed and upset. The girls went above and beyond for their busy schedule and saved the day and made the cake I asked for. Thank you so much.nIf I could rate more stars I would.nThe cake was absolutely delicious

Worst cake ever! I wouldnt recommend them. I brought a pavalova cake and eneded up getting a refund! It looked not nothing like the picture at all. It had pear, mandarin and one strawberry on it! Seriously go elsewhere this place isn't worth it

Hi,nnUsually my experiences with the cheesecake shop are easy going with the service and the product of the cake is excellent. This time around not so good. There was only one young lady working in the shop and when requesting writing to be put on the cake she said she could not do it due to ‘not having nice writing’ and that was fine. Upon selecting the cake which I chose the “Let’s celebrate” cake she had packed the one from the display. I was a bit hesitant as I have never received the cake from the display and also cause I was unsure of the expiration date. I had to go so I just purchased the cake. 2 hours after purchasing we cut into the cake and it was extremely dry and my thoughts came back to how long the cake was in display for and quite frankly did not eat anymore of the cake. I don’t blame it on the young lady that was in shop but I do believe there should be someone who is more experienced to train your members. I do feel sorry for the young lady as it was busy and there was another lady before I was served that had an issue with not having the right cake in stock although she called the store prior to arriving.nnKind regards,

Ordered and paid for a chocolate drip cake for my daughters birthday.. rang 3 days later to see if I could pickup only to be told we don't have an order for that name..  got it sorted and picked it up. Presentation was lovely as was the box, but I was totally embarrassed that out of 10 people not 1 person ate their whole piece of cake.. it was so dry and crumbly and made a mess everywhere.. not what I expected.. especially for the price I paid. Very dissapointed..
