I ordered online for collection a cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday and cup cakes. I requested for the cake to say Happy 4th Birthday with my daughter’s name. When I got there she only brought out my cup cakes and didnt realise I ordered a cake too. She went to the back to grab the cake & I could hear the microwave going, I assumed she was warming up the icing to pipe up for the writing as we waited 10 or so minutes. When she brought it out, it was super rushed and crocked and didn’t even have written what I requested. She said she could do it again I didn’t have the time to wait around. Disappointing
Really disappointed. I ordered a cake online for pickup. When I got there they didn’t have one ready so had to take the display cake that’s decorations were falling apart and icing was cracked/falling off the cake.
This place is an absolute joke lol… Specially wrote “Penny” for the message on the cake and they write Peggy instead for my nieces 2nd Birthday. Absolutely pathetic, don’t bother going here you’re better off going to Springfield or Forest Lake.
How useless ! I ordered from 2 stores and both don't have cheesecake in a cheesecake shop ! Booval and Redbank need closing..you have 1 job ! Cheesecake..nNow I ordered twice and funds got taken out but never delivered ..nWell done !!
Terrible place, smells like a youth residence cockroach smell, stale and stinky, and is very unclean. They couldn't be stuffed cleaning the display cabinets to present the cakes, I wanted to get a refund seeing the gross state of the shop, I totally regretted purchasing online as I walked in to collect my birthday cake. It's just disgusting. Service by a young girl was sad, no smiles, just straight faced and minimal contact. The Torte was passionfruit and tasted stale, the torte was crumbling, that's how stale it was. I will never order here again, and neither will my family. Waste of money! Please clean your display cabinets and mop the flooring, we are not living in a third world country, you cannot be this lazy! Yuck! What a let down to the company name.
