As a loyal customer to the Cheesecake Shop for over a decade, this is the worst experience we have ever had. The handwriting on the other case were not up to scratch, and the amount of fruit on a tropical torte was substantially less than any images shown in the shop. Further, the cakes were frozen to the core and impossible to cut. Do not recommend.
