Came in on a Tuesday at 4pm I wanted a 3 slices of diffeent cakes but was told I couldnt have that. Even though the website says you can order it. Then went to get a few tarts and cup desserts and out of the 12 options they had displayed on there poster they only had 4 in stock. The cakes here taste amazing but when you can't choose any of them it's pretty pointless coming here.

Everytime I am served the service at Altona North franchise is professional. They even open the door on exit. Nice to receive old fashioned charm. Wishing these owners many years of happy service.

Love the cakes especially the Cookies and Cream, it is so delish. The packaging is pretty too. However, the male staff who takes orders is far too slow. The shop is full of people most of the time. They should be concerned on how waiting long can be so much of an inconvenience.

Ordered my daughters Birthday cake - The staff were really helpful recommending cakes and organising printing of an icing photo on top. The theme was Teddy Bears in Space and the team surprised us with extra planet decorations around the photo! Cookies and Cream cake was delicious.
