This place is simply fabulous! 
I’ve been taking my Persian for a lion clip and oxy wash here. Her hair always looks and smells so good when we come pick her up. 
The clinic looks beautiful and smells clean. 
The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

I took my cat to the Cat Palace in Sydney and I’m very unhappy with the experience! It was my first time and as my cat wrestles with the brush, I was nervous about taking him there. I didn’t want him to have a full clip so he only ended up only having a ‘defluff’ and wash. 

While I was sitting waiting for him in reception I was shocked to overhear the staff, including the vet/owner Dr Kim Kendall, complain about me!!! They said I was a difficult customer and mimicked me saying ‘I had a British Longhair’. I was so upset and worried if they could be so rude about a customer, how would they treat my cat! I’m telling you all this because I will not be returning to the overpriced and disgraceful Cat Palace. Do not take your cats there as clearly they do not respect fluffy cats! 

If anyone can recommend another grooming place in Sydney I’d appreciate it.

Would not recommend the Cat Palace for grooming. Over-priced and poor quality work. Not all staff are welcoming or even friendly. Very unsatisfied!

Kim and the team are amazing. They know cat better than anyone! They are the only vet we will take our fur babies to. Highly recommend

The cat palace was absolutely the BEST care we have received for our little Persian Gizmo. Not only did they treat him like a special little furr baby and take the best care of him throughout his lion clip and castration, but they  also gave us amazing advice and knowledge! 
Even though we live in Rose Bay and travel to come to the clinic, we are more than happy with our experience, and will continue to go back! It is just so worth the trip! Dr. Kim was wonderful, as well as her team! Thanks guys!
