Heaps of selections and the guys there know their stuff and are welcoming and happy to advise when needed. So things are a little expensive but understandable.

Have shopped both online and in store and had great service every time. Online delivery was within 48hours, even in the week leading up to Christmas. In-store, the service from Mike was incredible. Very friendly and helpful, plenty of great advice. My dog thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and was welcomed with plenty of pats and treats! The only negative is they are 2 hours away…but I’m sure I’ll be shopping online in between visits

I visited the shop many months ago when my puppy refused to eat the kibble that was recommended by the breeders. We had tried gravies, mixing in wet food but nothing helped. A visit to Mike and Bev helped so much, they worked out the amount that she needed, offered advice about making it economical and supported me to transition her to Prey Model Diet PMD. Since then we have not looked back. Our dog loves the food, is healthy, energetic and her poo is easy to pick up with hardly any smell. I’m so glad I went into the shop. We are regular customers and have received excellent service every single time. Always recommend this shop to everybody I know.

The owners were so helpful and assisted me in getting the right mix of treats for Brandy. So far she has loved everything so I can see myself having to do more regular trips up the coast to resupply.

Absolutely amazing. We couldn’t get the exact product we wanted but we were offered an alternative and even had a couple wee treats with it on top of the loveliest note from the owners. Couldn’t recommend this company enough

We ordered a couple of dog leads, toys and a few clickers. They didn't have two of the same clickers in stock but gave me a call and very generously gave us a more expensive clicker as a replacement. Great customer care and quality products.
